Shipping policy

Section 1

Pre Sale Policy

All pre sale/ pre order items are purchased in advance or in the process of manufacturing & are non refundable. We give estimates for timeframes of when the item may be completed & shipped to you, but these are not garunteed timeframes & may change.

Once the pre order/ pre sale item is instock & has arrived in New Zealand we will ship to you following our shipping policy outlined below in Section 2

Upon delivery we can offer:

  1. An exchange of size if your requested exchange size is available
  2. Store Credit equivalent to the amount of the item if the required size exchange is unavailable & the customer no longer wants the item. The item must be shipped back to us in accordance with our returns policy 

No partial or full refunds will be given unless the item is deemed faulty, as outlined in our faulty policy in Returns, Refunds & Exchanges 

Pre sale/ pre orders can not be canceled once placed

If you purchase a item on pre sale/ order as well as a item that is not on pre sale/ order, and it is in one order, all items will be shipped together as it is one order

Pre Sale/ pre orders may be delayed due to shipping delays, regardless of estimated timeframes if there are shipping delays we are unable to control this, & it may result in your order not reaching you by the estimated timeframe

Section 2

Shipping Policy

All orders are packed/shipped Monday to Friday, we use our local NZ POST service, once your order has been packed & shipped you will receive a Shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Please check your spam/junk folder for emails aswell

All orders received will be processed & shipped within 2 to 10 working days, we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. This does not include any closed or shut down periods. 

Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, we will respond to emails only during this time.

Westport NZ local deliveries FREE

$10 Courier Shipping for New Zealand addresses under 3kg, 

Rural Courier $12 - if your address is rural & you have not selected the correct shipping rate your order will be shipped Economy Service

Overseas 0 - 3kg $13.50 AUD, Bulky Items 3kg - 10kg $20 AUD

Overseas orders please allow up to 20 business days Economy

Section 3

International Shipping & Refunds Process 

Any orders shipped internationally are not available for refunds unless items are deemed faulty, we reserve the right to accept or decline any returns for exchanges from our international customers/ international addresses 

The Goods and Services remain at Tamāhine risk until delivery to the Customer.

Delivery of Goods shall be deemed complete when Tamāhine delivers the Goods to the Customer’s address or possession of the Goods is given to a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer.

If a carrier, courier, or other bailee for purposes of transmission to the Customer is used the Customer will be provided with details of this and any relevant tracking information.

The costs of carriage shall be paid by the Customer on the date for payment of the Price for the Goods. The carrier shall be deemed to be the Customer’s agent.

If the Customer believes an order has been lost/damaged in transport or not delivered, they may lodge a claim with the relevant delivery provider. Tamāhine is not liable for delivery provider delays.
