Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Tamahine we aim to provide you with quality products. If you have purchased a item from us & believe it to be faulty or incorrect we will do our best to resolve this.

Customers  from New Zealand have 7 business days to return from day of delivery, international countries have 14 business days to return items from day of delivery.

If you are wanting to exchange due to the wrong size ordered, or the garment doesnt fit, you will need to provide a pre paid postage bag for the exchange. We suggest you check your measurements before ordering to avoid this.Tamāhine reserves the right to accept or not accept these exchanges.

We do not refund/exchange for change of mind, please choose carefully

Conditions for returning items

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition, with all garment/product tags attached and with original packaging, no makeup stains or perfume, if it looks & smells like it has been worn, no refund or exchange will be given, & your item will be shipped back to you

In the case of a refund, or exchange this will not be processed untill the item is returned & conditions met

We are not liable for returns lost in transit by delivery providers

Faulty or Damaged  - Inspect your item upon arrival

If the item is faulty, damaged or defective contact us immediately, the same day of delivery via email tamahineboutique@gmail.com & provide 

  • Your order number 
  • A description of fault, damage, defect 
  • Clear photos of the issue 

If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, Tamāhine will choose to replace, provide store credit or refund the item at its discretion 

Order Issues - Incorrect order/items

If we have sent you the wrong item or your order is incorrect & return conditions have been met we will cover the cost of shipping, & replace with the correct item only.

Items marked as pre sale or pre order in the title or descriptions are purchased in advance & are not eligible for cancelation, return, refund or exchange unless deemed faulty - SEE SHIIPING POLICY FOR SHIPPING DETAILS OF PRE SALE/ PRE ORDERS

Promotional, Clearance or Final Sale 

Products marked as Clearance or Final Sale in the title or descriptions are not eligible for, refunds, Returns or exchanges unless deemed faulty. This includes all discounted or promotional items noted as Clearance or Final Sale at the time of purchase 

Gift vouchers are non refundable & will not be discounted. Expiration dates are set & adhered to
